Shipping:

 

We currently offer shipping throughout the continental US via Priority USPS Mail with insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped.

 

All International Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Internationsl. We are not responsible for how long customs holds your items. Please check the normal transit times through customs before ordering. Also, we are not responsible for duties or international taxes that you may be charged from your country.

If a package is returned for delivery failure, or if delivery has been refused, we reserve the right to charge for both the initial shipment and the return shipping costs.

 

Shipping Rates:

 

 

Our cart calculates shipping based on your zip code and the weight of all cumulative items being shipped in accordance with Priority rates of the USPS.  Each order will be charged a $1.65 handeling fee to cover shipping insurance.  We feel this is necessary to ensure that our customers receive their items.

 

Orders including gift wrap will be charged a flat rate of $8.95 per gift box as we must ship these items using USPS Priority Mails flat rate box.  Of course we will attempt to include as many items as possible in one gift box!

 

All orders over $99, before shipping will not be charged shipping fees!

 

 

Our cart calculated international orders based on the cumulative weight of all items being shipped according to the Priority Mail International rates of the USPS.  Each order will be charged a $1.65 handeling fee to cover shipping insurance.  We feel this is necessary to ensure that our customers receive their items. 

 

Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

Your privacy is important to us!  When making a purchase you are required to supply your contact information.  You will also be able to create an account that will store your information making it easier to shop with us again. 

 

The information you provide to us will be used only by TickledPinkAndBlue.com, to process your orders.  We do not distribute, display or sell any of our customers information.  Your information is strictly confidential.

 

Return Policy:

 

We are happy to exchange/refund an order if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order.

 

For a full refund (less shipping charges) we ask that items are returned within 14 days of receipt in new and unused condition with the tags attached.  NOTE: Shipping costs associated with free or discounted shipping will apply to returned items.

 

An in-store credit will be issued on all returns after 14 days to a maximum of 30 days, less shipping.  If your items are damaged please ship the item back to us within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to issue you a full refund, exchange, or in-store credit as well as the shipping charges you incur.

 

There are no cash refunds on Pre-Orders as we are purchasing these items on your behalf. Should you cancel any Pre-Order an in-store credit will be applied.  If you receive your outfit and it does not fit we will gladly exchange it for another available size or issue an in-store credit, less shipping fees.  

Sales are FINAL on all CLEARANCE items.

 

Sales Tax:

 

Tickled Pink and Blue is located in Peyton, Colorado.  Sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped in Colorado.
